The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-round fight which will be shown live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Anthony Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" the American and "defeat" the American as the two fighters confronted each other to publicize the upcoming boxing match.
Former two-time world heavyweight champion Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Boxer's Mindset
"I plan to damage his features and break his body up. My goal is to show I'm superior," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I intend to seriously aim to injure him. That's my intention."
Civil Interaction
Despite these statements, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - typically famous for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul rather targeted former Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "a joke" after the Cameroonian declined a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, targeted UK opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul outshines Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Opponent
Despite declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Joshua chose not to talk badly about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he said.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has mainly fought mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
Nevertheless, the relative newcomer continues to be one of boxing's largest commercial attractions, consistently making massive paydays.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old predicted a knockout win in rounds four or five and claimed he would prevent the much-anticipated Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly being planned for 2026.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
Physical Difference
As both boxers engaged in the customary confrontation, with their physical disparity on show, it emphasized just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how remarkable it is that the fight is really happening.
